THE LIES TOLD BY ROB MOSHEIN, BOB ATCHISON AND PALLASART KEEP GETTING BIGGER AND MORE SALICIOUSWhen people GOOGLE my friend’s name they come across Pallasart”s Oma Hamou Report which says PUBLIC INFORMATION about OMA HAMOU and provides a link to Rob Moshein’s OMA HAMOU REALITY blog which that blog provides a link to Rob Moshein’s personal blog as well as Oma’s ex-husband, Marcus Demian’s two blogs about his wife and lastly GOOGLE provides a link to OMA’s own personal website/forum where for the last 8 years it has been a place where we have literally defended OMA against the lies published on the web and in letters and by way of telephone by Bob Atchison, Rob Moshein and Bob’s web design company, Pallasart. Their lies have HARMED my friend and continues to impact her life on a daily basis and they have the balls to say she brought this all on herself!
Someone pretending to be me published on Rob Moshein’s blog:
…I am sure she is telling the truth about one thing in this mess. When people google her name they must be stunned by the sheer amount of crap that appears. But most of it is posted by Oma herself. I have been eased out of job interviews here in Honolulu once it became clear that I am a former associate of a convicted felon, and of course no company with serious finances is going to hire someone who was part of what was clearly a scam outfit, the Sarskaii Foundation and Enigma Films….
In a PM on this forum Oma Hamou wrote to Daryn Harrington:

I do not want to always have to worry that someone will renege on an agreement simply because they have read the lies told about me, and have me falsely arrested. This happened to me last year, and I never want to have to go through it again. I cannot currently find a job because those who are doing the hiring will check the internet for information about me and a google search will lead them to Rob and Pallasart’s web blogs about me. This causes them to distrust me, running as fast as they can away from me. People who do not truly know me want nothing to do with me, nothing, because they are judging me based on the words of Bob Atchison and Rob Moshein – words that are complete lies, but people do not know they are completely untrue….

Here is an overview on the murder for hire plot.
When it was getting close to the trial date I received a call from someone who asked if I could give them any feedback or a reference on Oma Hamou and the Saarskaia Foundation.
This statement is deceptive as the first letter he received from the alleged hit man’s wife a P. L. doesn’t say what he says it does and most importantly it doesn’t say “Hey, get in touch with me ASAP we must talk…” After all Bob Atchison publicly accuses the L.’s of telling telling him my friend Oma Hamou had attempted to hire her husband to MURDER him.
The above eMail is dated June 17, 2004 12:30 am and calls into question the credibility of Bob Atchison’s statement that “…I received a call from someone who asked if I could give them any feedback or a reference on Oma Hamou and the Sarskaia Foundation…”
Now, let’s take a look at Bob Atchison’s telephone records from the court case GN:303141 where he was ordered by the court in the Matter of Oma Hamou, Enigma Films and Sarskaia v. Bob Atchison & Pallasart to fork over all of his phone records.
It took Bob Atchison 12 TIMES until he reached the L.’s – 12 Times you got to remember there is nothing in the first eMail from P. L.that says anything about my friend Oma Hamou hiring someone to murder him – NOTHTING.

This statement is false and misleading. He receives an eMail NOT a telephone call from P. L.’s daughter a “N. B.” at 2:46 a.m. of Friday morning.
At 1:35 PM it is Bob Atchison who places a call to the L.’s and leaves a message.
It took the L.’s more than 3 hours to return Bob Atchison’s call.

"I spoke with a man named J. L. who said he was a business associate of Oma Hamou. She had hired him to get her NGO status at the UN. (Mr L. had been introduced to Oma Hamou by Mike Newson, another partner of Oma Hamou who ran her websites. Newson and L. had known each other for a long time.) "
My friend Oma Hamou was introduced to the L.’s through Mike Newson. Because of the many letters sent out to Oma’s business associates by Pallasart, Bob Atchison & Rob Moshein including to law enforcement in California, Wyoming & Texas the L.’s represented to my friend that they could establish Sarskaia as a UN Charter through their Charter membership. They also suggested Oma incorporate Enigma & Sarskaia through a Nevada Corporation to forgo the stigma attached to the California corporations. A week later Mr. L. told Oma he had scheduled a meeting for Oma to meet with the UN only problem was when the information was verified by the UN no such meeting was scheduled. And it never heard of Oma Hamou, Enigma Films or Sarskaia by the L.’s or their UN Charter.
Mr. L. presented Oma with these invoices at expected PAYMENT for services he according to the UN and the State of Nevada did not have any name reservation for Enigma or Sarskaia furthermore there was no record of either corporations being established in that state. Hence Oma was advised NOT TO REMIT PAYMENT on the invoices given to her by Mr. L. and his corporation.

"L. told me that Hamou and her partner, Jim Sproul, had met with him and had offered him $14,000 to go to Austin and "get rid of me and make me go away forever". L. told me that Oma and Sproul were concerned about my lawsuit against Hamou and wanted to stop it by any means possible. L. said it was obvious they were offering him money to kill me. He said Mike Newson told Hamou and Sproul he (L.) was right for the job because he was Italian and looked like a mafia type who would know how to do it.
L. told me he was horrified at what they asked him to do and wanted me to go to the police with him to stop Hamou. He told me I should take action to protect myself from them because they might have tried to hire others as well."
THIS IS A FALSE, LIBELOUS STATEMENT.
My friend Oma refused to remit payment on invoices for services never rendered. Oma told the LAPD that she would be willing and is still willing to take a lie detector test. At no time did she or her friend, Jim Sproul offered to pay anyone to MURDER anyone lest of all Bob Atchison.

"I called my attorney and I called the Austin Police - they came over and talked with me. They told me that unless a crime was committed in Austin they could do nothing. They sugested I call the US Marshalls, the FBI and the Santa Monica Police department since Santa Monica was the location of the meeting between L., Hamou and Sproul."
The Austin Police Department classified the alleged Murder for Hire Plot as a TERRORISTIC THREAT.
How can that be? By evidence of Bob Atchison’s phone records neither of the L.’s made that first call to Bob Atchison and the first eMail sent to him by P. L. made no mention of an attempt to hire someone to kill him.
Instead she moans and groans about being ripped off by Oma Hamou at the tune of $20,000 yet neither the UN or the State Nevada confirmed work had been done on behalf of Enigma & Sarskaia. No meeting, no nothing and yet she complains that her UN Charter as a Church was conned out of $20,000 by my friend Oma – NOT!

"The Santa Monica Police department wanted to wire L. and get Hamou and Sproul on tape with the plot. They needed proof and that was the best way to get it. That would take time.
I was freaked out and my first concern was that there might be other killers from Hamou on their way to Austin. I had the choice to expose the plot to Hamou and Sproul, tell them that I knew about it. That would stop anything they were doing by exposing it - or I could wait while they were entrapped.
I decided to confront Hamou, and I sent her an email and also to Sproul telling them what L. had reported and the the police were aware of it now. "
Oma Hamou writes:"“Plaintiff’s First Supplemental Response to Defendant’s Request for Disclosure and Request for Production of Documents Numbers 3, 3, 8 and 9”
Mr. Atchison’s attaches what appears to be a letter dated June 20, 2004 from him to me. Underneath his letter he ‘cuts & pastes’ what appears to be my response to his letter when in truth and in fact I never received this email because his email has been blocked from Enigma’s email account. This was just another one of his ‘cutting and pasting’ of emails together making it appear as a whole. In reality, I was responding to the “alleged hit man’s wife” who had sent me a taunting Instant Message on my AOL account. Apparently, it made her happy that she had scared me because she sent a copy on to Mr. Atchison. At the time I thought that it was either Mr. Atchison or Mr. Moshein playing one of their sick mind games with me. It is painfully obvious that these people loved to torture me. After this woman logged off, believing that it was either Mr. Atchison or Mr. Moshein because this was their ‘Modus Operandi’ - I sent a separate email to LABloodhound and copied it to Mr. Atchison.
Mr. Atchison presented to law enforcement and to the Court several emails which he represented was a true copy of both Mr. Sproul’s and my responses to his emails in regards to the murder for hire plot implicating me (that he and others concocted).
First of all, Enigma has blocked its AOL account from receiving any email communication from Mr. Atchison and he knew this. He also knew Mr. Sproul’s personal email address because he had sent letters to him in the past. In view of the serious implications these emails could have ‘ultimately’ achieved --- I could’ve been placed under arrest or worse prosecuted for a crime I never committed. This would’ve achieved Mr. Atchison threat to do all that he could to make sure I was locked up behind bars for a very long time. This is very frightening to learn that someone hates so much that they would be willing to do anything to achieve this end. /
In a letter dated July 9, 2004 sent to Author/Historian Peter Kurth, with reference to the “Murder for Hire Plot” Bob Atchison writes:
"“…Oma is in a panic mode as the police are involved – she’s out of control and completely unpredictable…I don’t feel like I am in immediate danger anymore, but the Oma’s unpredictability is a wild card. I have come to the conclusion she (Oma) won’t stop until she’s locked up – I am sorry to say it. I know this website must really set her off, but she has brought it on herself…” "
He is talking about Pallasart’s OMAHAMOU REPORT WEBSITE.

__ No, as I have illustrated by Bob Atchison’s own phone records the L.’s did not call him FIRST he called THEM. The L.’s FIRST eMail to Bob Atchison as I have illustrated does NOT say, “HEY PLEASE CALL US IT IS URGENT WE NEED TO TALK…” no all it does is complains that they provided $20,000 worth of services and OMA refused to pay them.
For the record as early as March 2004 Bob Atchison had contacted the Beverly Hills Police Department and other law enforcement agencies trying desperately to have Oma arrested for FRAUD and other crimes he concocted in his mind.__
When Oma’s attorney contacted the UN and law enforcement in California and the FBI contacted them it appears it created a STINK for the L.’s.

Oma Hamou has said I am lying over and over again. L. was Oma's person, they were working together. Why shouldn't I believe him? Why would he call me with such a detailed story of the plot to kill me with names, times, emails, places - all of the details./
NO, the L.’s didn’t call you FIRST you called THEM AND somewhere in between you decided Oma had to go to jail because as you and Rob have said on numerous occasions and on the web, she is evil. Evil and here she was in your mind cheating a Church out of $20,000 worth of services and YOU concocted a scheme that YOU thought for certain would put her away for a very long time.

The Santa Monica police were very kind to me. They did everything to help me. However they explained that they recieved murder for hire reports everyday and it was hard with the resources they had to track down every one and fully investigate them. My Detective did everything he could for my case he went to the DA and tried to get Hamou and Sproul charged. In the end he told me the DA declined to procecute because they could only afford to take cases to court they felt sure they could win. In this case they did not have the wired recordings they needed and the costs of flying me to LA to testify were too high. In court it would also be hard to get a conviction based on L.'s testimony alone."

It is true your letters, letters that neither Jim or Oma received did show that you blew any chances of an undercover sting operation however it was the additional documents sent through the law firm of Slater & Kennon, Oma’s then Texas counsel that provided the District Attorney with additional information such as phone records, AOL records, Affidavits and the fact that both Jim & Oma were willing to take a lie detector test and other documentation such as but not limited to documentation related to the L.’s and the UN. All of this coupled with the INFORMATION YOU BOB ATCHISON provided to the LAPD was determined by the District Attorney’s office that there was NO EVIDENCE to support a crime had taken place and the case was dismissed for lack of evidence.

BOB ATCHISON fails to mention is the fact that the L.’s asked his company Pallasart to create a web site for them and Pallasart created a domain name under OMA HAMOU CHURCH SCAMS and registered it in the name of the L.’s. When Mr. L. learned of this he was so angry that he wrote to GoDaddy.com and told them someone did this without his permission in order to reveal PRIVATE information about him such as his home address etc.

We’ve been hearing Bob has been forwarding documents which have been forwarded to us showing that he’s not lying, well, how come Bob couldn’t produce those documents when the courts asked him too?
I think he made them up because no where in the original documents he provided and the two additional supplemental documents are those documents. So why in the hell didn’t he produce this document then because he was ordered by the court to do so and only now found them – could it be because they didn’t exist in the first place?

During the Trial in court transcripts real documents that a court reporter recorded Bob Atchison says under oath he was never involved in the California case where Oma sued him for defamation etc. well this is a lie because he filed pleadings in Pro Se and when the case got dismissed because the courts in California felt it didn't have the jurisdiction over Bob, Oma hired an attorney which then forced Bob to get someone to represent him.
So, Bob Atchison the man who created the Alexander Palace Time Machine web site lied more than one time under oath in a Texas court room yet those on Pallasart's Forum believe the man's actions against my friend were justified - NO it isn't.
A Judge in Texas in her own hand wrote that if a Protective Order wasn’t in place my friend would get hurt and she has because Rob has went on to republish the same words found on Pallasart’s Oma Hamou Report web site to a site that provides a link to Rob’s blogs and both Rob and Bob continue to lie about Oma. And their friends over on the AP site seem to think that Bob and Rob are telling the truth about Oma and she has no right to defend herself against their lies because she owes money and all the rest of the nonsense they’ve said about her.

Well they are wrong. A Judge, Judge Livingston is Texas told Pallasart and Rob Moshein THEY were wrong. Oma has every right to defend herself against these horrible lies and people. A brief is being prepared to be filed in Federal Court against Bob Atchison and Pallasart. Like Penny Wilson I have a temper and cuss a lot but that doesn’t mean I am Oma or that Oma does this, yet people who have never met Oma pretend they know she does cuss.
Men who hide behind women’s name as Rob did when he registered with Classmates.com as Tonya Hoochie and sent pm’s to Oma pretending he went to the same school, hiding behind a false identity just to terrorize, humiliate and torment my friend are not men but cowards.
