Starting around nine years ago Bob Aitcheson fired the opening salvo on the internet. He had previously been attacking Oma behind the scenes with direct communication in the form of letters, both physical and email, as well as voice in person and at a distance. He started with a web page on his own site that decried Oma as a felon, not only that but a felon on the run from justice. He pointed out a business failure that Oma had experienced, but did not point out that it was his actions that caused the failure.

His opening salvo contained inaccuracies and outright lies. He soon moved the information to free web host sites, but maintained a secret link on his web page, and the sites/pages changed from “him” saying that Oma was the horrible person and all the libelous claims that they presented to the claims were spoken by some anonymous group out to save the world from this woman felon, and all the trash that was spewed had nothing to do with Bob or Rob. Anonymous until a sign up record proved that someone using a computer connected to Bob’s company created the site, anonymous except for the secret link on the main page of Bob’s own site that kept changing to point to the current hate Oma site, anonymous until Rob Moshein who is connected closely with Bob turned out to be the site owner… The site claimed no participation by Bob in all this, it was as if Rob now claimed full responsibility, but Bob, to police, claimed responsibility also, --- so which one was it? I don’t know so I just lump them both into one, as to be fair one cannot determine which one is talking at any point in time. The one point that is clear is that the sites claimed that there was no involvement, yet it turned out that both had some involvement, thus the sites claim was a lie. Lies seem to haunt Rob and Bob’s words and actions.

Tempus fidgeted, and we progressed to a law suit stage, Bob filled a huge law suit with tons of claims up to and including a murder for hire plot, all of which was eventually torn out and thrown away except for one point of Bob claimed that Oma had a verbal commitment to pay him for consulting time. This is the ONLY claim that made it to court; all the rest was thrown away! This is the only point that Oma defended against and she told the court that what Bob said was false, just call downstairs and verify my words, but Bob’s lawyer said - no, my client speaks the truth and she was believed and so Bob won by a lie. Lies seem to haunt Rob and Bob’s words and actions.

Question, IF there really was a valid Murder for Hire plot, why did Bob’s lawyer write to Oma’s lawyer such as to cause responses of well if Bob did not KNOW that it was true why did you include it in your amended pleadings? Why was this not a major point of the lawsuit, for without a doubt such a claim trumps the claim of ummm , I think she owes me some money as a consultant. Why did Bob hit her with a gnat when he could have slammed her with a sledge hammer? Could it be that lies haunt Rob and Bob’s words and actions?

None of the stalking, harassment or libel issues was judged, the only point here was one of pay me money. Now previously Oma had filed a counter lawsuit and gone to court on the issues of libel and such and the judge hand wrote that Oma had proved the likely hood of winning her case should it come to trial and told Rob/Bob (them) to stop doing what they were doing with the issuance of a temporary restraining order, and Bob and Rob agreed in principal that they were wrong and to apologize and retract what they had said as being in the wrong. But they played a game of delay and won by holding out so long that Oma ran out of cash to fight them, leading into the court scene where Bob won through unethical means a victory of pay me money. And Oma was forced by lack of funds and representation to unsuit her claims until she could get representation again. So the claims of libel, stalking, harassment and all that have only been looked at in court during the T.R.O hearing in which Oma won. So Bob won on Oma owes me money. Oma won on Bob/Rob have been libeling me, stalking me, and harassing me… Does this match what “they “currently claim elsewhere on the web? If not why do they say what they say? Could it be that lies haunt Rob and Bob’s words and actions?

How does the principle of reversal allow you to read in what they say now is the reality behind their words, could they be using the propaganda principle of yell and scream that what you are doing the other side is doing? This works wonderfully when you control the media such that the other side is unable to make counter claims. Only those who are willing to look for the truth will be able to find it, the vast majority who only look at the one source of information will come away with a slanted view controlled by “their” editing and deletion of counter claims. Could it be that lies haunt Rob and Bob’s words and actions?

Oma has sent many a message to Bob asking him to cease n desist or she is going to court, going to the police, … So I guess that you can say that Oma has threatened Bob in that respect, not that it matches’ Bob’s I am going to have the Red Mafia shred you to pieces. Yes Oma acts at times like the stereo typical “blonde”, and yes she has made mistakes that one expects of the stereo typical “blonde.” She has also encountered problems in creating her movie that many in the film industry have faced. Sure she had legal issues decades ago, yes she said she was guilty and took responsibility for her actions, paid the price demanded by society and moved on. Yes, she is now experiencing legal issues because of her blondness, but the situation would not have happened IF all that trash on the web that originated with Bob and Rob was not there. What am I saying? Try on sure Oma is not perfect, sure she has made mistakes, sure she is human, but she admits that, she admits it, and moves on making restitution as needed for her mistakes.

The only thing that I can present here to convince you the reader of which side is speaking the truth is that here you will find the claims backed by documentation, and we are willing to show both sides. Think about it…
