WHO ARE THE PLAYERS?
The attackers: Robert (Bob) Atchison of Pallasart web design (pallasweb.com a site that not only promotes high tech design such Austin web design for restaurant websites, but also Russian icons (Russian Ikons) as in ikons dealing with images of heaven or our lady of vladimir), the Alexander Place Time Machine (AlexanderPalace.com A.K.A. AlexanderPalace.org), and his life partner, Rob Moshien, the Austin Wine Guy, thecellaraustin.com) the other major player on the attacking side, plus a host of people or web aliases who have joined in on the attack for unknown reasons, possibly religious in nature as Bob was told by the “Empress Alexandra,” who has talked to him in dreams, that Oma was evil, and Bob has represented in a number of libelous statements that Oma has done bad things to a priest as part of his attacks on her. Bob thew the first cyber punch with an exposé which purported to tell the history and continuing crimes a life time career criminal, the very first substantiation of the story showed that the story was full of half truths and libelous conclusions and assumed “facts.”


On the defending side: Oma Hamou, who has said, "…I am the C.E.O. of Enigma Films, Inc., and the Chairman of The Sarskaia Foundation both of which are California corporations. I am much like most any other hard working, conscientious individual eager to get ahead in life and to make a respectable living. However, one thing clearly sets me apart from the rest of the crowd. I have endured, and am enduring, being the victim of a hate crime, of being stalked, and have endured extreme invasions of my privacy. Through out the course of uncovering Mr. Atchison and those associated with his company, Pallasart's trail, and waiting for justice, my world has become a living nightmare. I honestly believe that the victimization will never end, that I will never become whole again. I personally was and am so extremely affected and distracted through out this ordeal that I suffer at times from a nearly non-existent appetite, very little sleep, depression, mood swings and I have suffered a number of close calls medically because of the stress... My daily life, far from being productive and fulfilling, is consumed with the ferocious chore of restoring my name and attempting to quell any future abuse by Mr. Atchison and his company, Pallasart and its associates. I've lost identification with the person I really am inside and shut myself out of social functions because of the negativity this has caused on my life. Unless you have endured being stalked and persecuted, with what has felt to me to be a religious cult like zeal, you will have no comprehension of the devastation that being stalked and hated can create in your life, even to the fears that you face in just waking up... No words will ever be strong enough to completely convince others what this period in my life since my discovery of what Mr. Atchison, Mr. Moshein and those associated with Pallasart have been doing to me is like, every day filled with; terror, aggravation, unceasing anger and frustration. I awake every morning to emotionally charged livid angst. I strike out unreasonably at those who I loved. I unceasingly am forced to live through a clouded reality, one seriously altered by the horrendous actions of one man, Mr. Atchison who committed or influenced a series of unforgivable acts against me, even using my church and faith as a weapon against me... At times I became someone I hated, because of the emotions and associated words that were forced out of me. The existence of Mr. Atchison's attentions robbed me of the normal life I have strived for and entirely deserve. My life should be one in which I, and I alone, should be held responsible and accountable for my personal life and its failures and triumphs... Mr. Atchison traveled to Russia with the court document from the Los Angeles courts and proceeded to show my business colleagues this document and told them that I was a fugitive when I wasn't...He told all who would listen that I had no film project. He told them that I should not be trusted and that I did no work for the Alexander Palace or the Fedorovsky Cathedral and I had conned a priest into co-signing a loan and the banks forced the priest to sell his home to pay my debt. None of what Mr. Atchison said was true but people believed him and when people didn't choose to believe him or Mr. Moshein they proceeded to harass them... For me, the most personally frightening moment was dealing with the fact that Mr. Atchison hated me so much that he would plot and concoct a murder for hire scheme. A scheme in which I could've been arrested and prosecuted for a crime I never committed or took part in. It is frightening to know that someone hates me so much that they would go to such extremes. Although I am living what may on the surface seem to be a normal life with normal freedoms, this is far from the truth...I have never deserved less than a normal life, one free of the ill effects of a heinous individual who deliberately and unabashedly used and abused my world and my past. I am a law abiding citizen, who never deserved to be haunted, stalked shadowed and harassed. I have lived and breathed the nightmare of a hate crime I have learned what it is to be in the crosshairs of a cult. I will tell you first hand this is devastation beyond any outsider's comprehension, a nearly unbearable burden that no one should ever have to suffer... At times I have felt that Mr. Atchison was the father of lies, so adroitly has he wielded this weapon. Yet when one places his words under the microscope one finds that what he says does not match reality. It is very telling to note that prior to my relationship with Mr. Atchison that Enigma Films, Inc. had no debt, it was only after that, that everything began to fall apart, and for the life of us we could not understand why. I ...lost $20 million in financing for my film project based on the actions of Mr. Atchison and those associated with his small company, Pallasart..."


Ms. Hamou is defended by several close friends who have known her for years, they have put their names and sacred honor of the line to support her, and defend her from the unceasing cyber attacks. According to the attacking side, there can be no friends of such a horrible person as Oma Hamou, and all such are only her using false web aliases. Such could not be further from the truth, and some of us who have attempted to defend her have suffered greatly because of the libelous and denigrating words written about us.



THE MOTIVE?
We know, and Sandman or Justin can post the supporting documentation, we know that at one time Oma Hamou was a Vice President of Robert (Bob) Aitcheson's (of Pallasart web design, the Alexander Place Time Machine and the life partner of Rob Moshien) Alexander Palace Association, you know the one that solicited donations on-line, but in court Bob Atchison could not show where that money went? (Which is what he later accused Oma Hamou of doing.) We know that at one time Bob Atchison wrote an impassioned letter to Oma Hamou asking about her wellbeing. We also know that once in Russia Oma Hamou was told if you are connected with “HIM” (Bob Atchison of Pallasart web design “fame” then we want nothing to do with you, they accused Bob Atichson of removing valuable material from the palace and taking back to America, plus he stirred up much controversy and trouble during the re roofing of the Alexander Place, such that he is no longer welcome at the Alexander Palace. We know that Oma Hamou resigned, killing Bob Atchison's dreams of being associated with Oma's movie project to film a story about the last of the Romonov Russian Czars (Nicholas II (Nikolay Alexandrovich Romanov; Russian: Никола́й II, Никола́й Алекса́ндрович Рома́нов who became engaged to Alix of Hesse in April 1894. Alix converted to Orthodoxy in November 1894, and took the name Alexandra Fedorovna, the main Characters in the movie are: Tsar Nicholas II (Nicholas II), his wife the Empress Alexandra Fedorovna Romonov with their family and Rasputin, (Gregory Rasputin, Grigory Rasputin, Grigori Efimovich Rasputin Rasputine, Gregori Rasputin)). Did this turn him into a jealous spurned lover, (I am still not sure which he loved back then, Oma Hamou or the Alexander Palace...)? There is also the story that Bob Atchison has claimed that Empress Alexandra Fedorovna Romonov told him in a dream, that Oma was evil, and he was to “destroy” her, COULD THIS BE A MOTIVE?


We all know what a spurned lover is capable of, as it is a standard topic of many movies and books. We also know that at times Bob Atchison and Rob have expressed their attachment to each other, plus both live in the same house, could Rob have become jealous of the attention Bob Atchison was showing to Oma back then? We all know what a jealous person is capable, it also is a staple of books and movies. Or is it that Rob and Bob Atchison are so close to each other that what one does the other supports? There is plenty of basis in books and movies which take their themes from real life to understand someone doing evil from the lofty position of love as well, so any or all of this could be motive.



THE AGENDA:
The agenda seems to follow from what Bob Atchison once told Oma, screaming over a speaker phone so all present heard it (an affidavit exists) that He (Bob Atchison) knew the Red Mafia, and that he was going to have Oma “shredded to pieces”, – kind of sounds like a death threat to me... Could this have been the seed that caused Bob Atchison to dream up the reversed “Murder for Hire” plot when given the possibility? At that point in the history of this cyber war it can be understood that feelings ran high, and one can understand the frustration with there being no laws that could effectively have stopped the cyber attacks on Oma, but to kill him because of his piddling little law suit, the one that he won by perjuring himself, of Oma owes me some paltry sum of money? Come on, really? That logic seems like a huge stretch!


THE METHOD
The method is cyber attacks over the Internet, having originated with more personal behind the scenes action, of Bob Atchison calling/writing to people that he thought might be working with Oma Hamou so as to cause them to step away from her project, even going to the point of traveling to Russia, where he showed everyone Oma's colored and flavorful past and said that she was running a scam, a felon on the run from justice, that she had no project, even going so far as to hire someone to intercept her communications to various contacts that she needed to make her project work In short he has done everything possible to destroy her credibility and ability to create her movie, and did enough damage by his interference with communications that she lost her funding. Not satisfied, as Oma simply picked herself up off the floor one more time and continued to strive to fulfill her dreams, Bob Atchison decided that the whole world must know of her “crimes” against the last of the Czars, after all he was told in a dream that she was evil and must be stopped. So he plastered a web page up linked right to his main page of his Alexander Palace dot com site that told how she was this horrible felon on the run from justice (the one time and the only point that Bob Atchison ever backed down on, by removing that claim from his words, but not a single word of we are sorry.)

From there the word migrated to various free hosting web presences, where the same words were repeated, but this time they said that Bob Atchison was not behind the words, however there remained on Bob's main page a secret zero pixel link to all the new sites so that Google could find these new pages. Bob Atchison has testified that HE is the only one who can modify these pages. So the libelous and hate filled words continued to be propagated on various free hosts, being taken down for acceptable use violations, and put up some where else, ALL WITH THE MOTIVE OPERANDI of, “Bob Atchison is not involved,” we just want to tell the world, as we are judge, jury and executioner, that Oma is a horrible person, do not do business with her. Eventually Bob's non-involvement was proven a lie as a sign up record was obtained that proved that Bob Atchison's Pallasart company's IP address was used to create that hate filled site with all its libelous words. Again the site was taken down to next appear on a paid for hosting site that eventually was proven to belong to Rob Moshein as the domain name record listed Rob Moshein as the site owner. Rob Moshein then purported that Bob Atchison was not involved, is this true or was it a lover coving up for his beloved? Rob has stated that even though he was shown on the Pallasart web site as being a part of he company that the company web site lied, as he never did work for them. He has to a large degree said that he has no involvement at all with Pallasart/AlexanderPalace.org, yet when entering from certain IP's you find this libelous statement on AlexanderPalace.org, “ Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum! Oma Hamou and her criminal thugs and cronies net permitted here. Thanks for admitting you sneaked in. IF you are not these unwelcomed people, you are free to email the admin at for permission to enter the forum” What is it, in their minds, that they so desperately do not want Oma to find there anyway, what are they hiding?


WHY THE SHEER INFLEXIBILITY TO ADMIT TO ERROR AND HARD ASS RESISTANCE TO CHANGE, APOLOGY, AND CORRECTION?
In the past Rob told Oma's lawyer when hoping for sympathy in court that he was filling bankruptcy, based on that conversation we reported that he had, and when Rob corrected us, we retracted and apologized for the statements, Bob's only change of story ever was done quietly and without apology by simply removing that one statement. We have provided ample documentation to show where Rob Moshein and Bob Atchison's story about Oma is false and have admitted all of her colorful and horrifying past. Yet we find that their story is told from the standpoint of believe us, it is all true, but our side is posting faked documentation even when it is documents that Bob Acheson himself provided those documents to the courts and certified true.

IN CONCLUSION:
The whole story, this whole cyber war can be summarized by what Rob Moshein and Pallasrt, Inc. were told in court: ”The court finds and concludes that third party plaintiffs have shown a likelihood of success on the merits of this cause, that a temporary injunction is necessary to prevent harm to Ms. Hamou. That unless injunction lies, third party plaintiffs (ed.: Oma, et. al.) will be without any adequate remedy at law, in that no amount of damages will be able to repair the loss of reputation to the parties.”
